Simple starting prices. No surprises. Prices shown are in USD for a standard-size car in typical condition. Larger vehicles, heavy dirt, pet hair, and extra cleaning may cost more. Call or text with your vehicle and a few photos so we can agree on a price before work begins. Shampooing, stain or odor removal, polishing, and ceramic coatings are not included in these starter packages. Traveling farther adds a little extra — or drop your vehicle off with us and pick it up when it’s finished.

We’re Lance and Ella Collins, and this company is our family’s in every sense. We’re building it from the ground up, right out of our camper — no big shop, no investors, just the two of us, our own hands, and a promise to treat your vehicle like it’s one of our own.
We have a wonderful son and another baby on the way, and that’s a big part of why we’re doing this. We want to build something honest for our family, and we want our neighbors to know exactly who is showing up to care for their car, SUV, truck, or van.
So when you call or text, you’re talking to us — not a call center. Book a weekend and you might meet the whole family. Thank you for letting a young family earn your business, one careful detail at a time.

What is auto detailing?
Detailing goes beyond a quick wash. It focuses on careful cleaning of your vehicle’s surfaces, inside and out, with attention to the finer details.
Do you detail cars, SUVs, and vans too?
Yes — any vehicle. Cars, SUVs, crossovers, cargo vans, work vehicles, and weekend projects all get the same standard and the same tools. Tell us what you drive and we’ll plan the work around it.
How much will it cost?
Exterior detailing starts at $50, interior detailing at $75, and complete detailing at $120 for a standard-size car in typical condition. Vehicle size and extra cleaning can change the price. Which service should I choose?
Exterior care focuses on your vehicle’s outside surfaces, interior care focuses on the cabin, and a complete detail brings both together. Your vehicle’s condition and goals help determine the right fit.
When can I schedule an appointment?
We’re scheduling weekend appointments only for now. Call or text (936) 201-4810 with your vehicle, the service you’d like, and your preferred weekend. We’ll confirm the date, time, location, and price with you directly. An inquiry isn’t a confirmed appointment. Text or email is quickest during the week.
Do you always have weekend availability?
Weekends are when we detail. Lance works weekdays, so Saturday and Sunday are set aside for vehicles — we’re not on the road then. There’s just the two of us, so tell us the weekend you’re hoping for and we’ll confirm the date, time, location, and price with you. If that weekend can’t work, we’ll say so straight out and find a new date.
Where do you detail vehicles?
We work from both the Fort Smith, Arkansas and Branson, Missouri areas — about two and a half hours apart — and we cover both, along with the towns in between. We can travel up to 2 hours from wherever we’re based for a little extra. Rather not wait around? Bring your vehicle and drop it off with us, then pick it up once it’s finished. Because it’s our home, we share the drop-off location after your appointment is booked.
How far ahead should I book?
Please book at least a weekend ahead. There’s just the two of us, and a little notice helps us plan the drive, the day, and the right amount of time for your vehicle.
How do I pay?
We take cash, PayPal, and Cash App — and you pay after the work is complete, once you’ve seen the finished vehicle. No deposits, no paying up front.
Do I need to provide anything?
Just access to water and an electric outlet — we bring everything else. All the tools, products, and supplies come with us.
What happens if it rains?
Rain and detailing don’t mix, so if the weather turns we’ll simply reschedule — we’ll call or text you as early as we can and find the next weekend that works. No charge, no fuss.
